Call for papers

Authors are invited to propose contributions within the scope of the conference. Click here to see the Call for paper in printable form.

Submission of abstracts

The prospective authors will first electronically submit an abstract (extended summary) no later than 31 May 2006. The submission should include authors affiliation and contact details, title, keywords and abstract (up to 500 words not exceeding two pages including tables and figures, stating objectives, main results and conclusions of the paper). Abstracts (in pdf format) will be sent as attached files via e-mail to Prof. Dirk Lefeber (Dlefeber@vub.ac.be). The authors have to write their abstract, according to the provided LaTeX or Word models (click on LaTeX or Word to download). Once the abstract is ready, please convert it to pdf format.

Invited sessions

Proposals for invited sessions including 6-7 papers with full contact details of the corresponding authors should be submitted by the proposer. Invited papers to those sessions can be submitted through the normal route of technical paper submission, with an indication that the paper is for an invited session. Please address your proposals to Prof. Dirk Lefeber (Dlefeber@vub.ac.be).

Acceptance and submission of papers

Upon review by the Scientific Committee, authors will be notified by 30 June 2006. Accepted abstracts will then be scheduled for oral presentation and the author(s) will be asked to submit the full paper in electronic form no later than 15 August 2006. The paper will be formatted according to the author kit and sent as attached file via e-mail to Prof. Dirk Lefeber ( Dlefeber@vub.ac.be).
